Is your resort pet friendly?
Yes our Resort is pet friendly, dogs must be kept on a leash
What is your cancellation policy?
Our deposits are Non-Refundable however with 4 weeks notice prior to your stay the deposit can be used on another booking for up to a year.
What is your check in and check out time?
Cottage Check in is 4pm and Check out is 10am, for our RV sites Check in is 2pm and Check out is 11am
Do I need to bring bed linens and/or towels?
Bed linens are supplied year round and towels are supplied in our off season only.
What are some of the amenities on the Resort?
We have many amenities on our Resort which include a salt water pool and hot tub, fitness room, recreation hall, daily groomed beach, and walking trails.
Are there canoes or kayaks for rent?
Yes we have canoes and kayaks for rent, they are included with a cottage rental.
Do the cottages have utensils, cookware and dinnerware?
Yes all our cottages are fully equipped including coffee machine and microwave.
Are there restaurants in the area?
We have onsite Salut Outdoor Bistro,there is a pizza takeout and beach bar restaurant (in the summer months) a few minutes drive away and several more about a 10 minutes drive away.
Is there a local general store or grocery store nearby?
Yes right in Combermere there is a general store and 10 minutes to the next town there is a Metro and Valu Mart.
Are there laundry facilities on the Resort?
We have coin operated washer and dryers on the resort as well as a card operated machine.
What is the minimum night stay?
We require a 2 night minimum when booking your stay.
Can we bring our fishing boat?
Yes you can bring your boat to the Resort, included with a cottage rental is a dock slip for the boat launch.
Is camp firewood provided?
With a cottage rental firewood is provided, we also have firewood on site for sale
Are there places to visit nearby?
Nearby attractions include Crooked Slide Park, Madonna House Gift Shop, Thomas P. Murray Recreational Trails, Madawaska Family Rafting and Mission House Museum and Gallery.
